How do I contact you?
Just call 740-797-3237 with any questions or to receive a free quote for services.

What does it cost?
Because there are so many different variables such as surface types, structural differences, etc., each cleaning will price differently. We provide free estimates so that we can offer you the lowest possible price.

Why should I have it cleaned before I paint?
Because when we wash a house a lot of the loose paint will come off which will save scraping and the paint will adhere better to a clean surface.

What is the difference between using a hot water machine as opposed to a cold water machine?
Our machine produces its own hot water and hot water cleans exterior surfaces better than cold water, just like washing your hands with hot water gets better results than just using cold water.

Will the pressure hurt my siding?
No, it will not hurt your siding. Our machine produces variable pressure. We increase the pressure to clean concrete or reduce it enough that you could wash your face, if necessary for sensitive surfaces.

Does it use much water?
It doesn't use much water because we are using pressure rather than volume.

What all do you clean?
We do homes (any exterior), concrete, dark stains off roofs, decks, and vehicle fleets. Basically anything that can be washed outside, we can clean it.

How often should I wash my house?
If you washed your car and then parked it in the middle of a large field and came back a year later it would obviously be dirty. Your house is in the same situation, however most people don't look close enough at their house to realize that dirt and mildew have built up. You need to look closely at your siding for mildew spots. Dirt will buildup first on the siding underneath your soffits and in your porch areas. Most people have their house and decks cleaned every three years. Dust and dirt left on your siding will eventually stain it and discolor it.

Should I clean my deck before I seal it?
Yes. You should always clean your decks before you have them sealed. Otherwise you will be sealing in the dirt on the wood and it is extremely hard to clean that dirt off later.
