I recently took over the Office Manager position at the Athens Real Estate Company in Athens. It has been a wonderful transition so far and I'm so glad to be a part of a business such as this. The building is working towards LEED certification (tours available) and they have a major upper-hand in advertising techniques/strategies. So, my face stays the same but the location will be a-changing!

The tax credit for new home Buyers and "re"-Buyers is now over. Properties that have accepted offers received on or before April 30, 2010 are still eligible as long as it closes by June 30, 2010.
