Kent Sauber is a home inspector with over twenty-five years of extensive hands-on experience in building maintenance and construction including his first successful business venture, American Repair Service. His knowledge of the industry inspired him to go on to develop KBS Home Inspection and Consulting.

Kent is a graduate of Kaplan/Inspection Training Associates and he successfully completed the National Home Inspection Examination. His accreditation through Environmental Solutions Association has granted him license in Ohio and West Virginia as a certified radon tester and indoor air quality assessment specialist. Other credentials include license and certification in disaster housing inspection through both the Partnership for Response and Recovery and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Kent’s extensive education and experience in all aspects of the home inspection process means clients can rely completely on KBS Home Inspection & Consulting to help them realize a home’s full potential.
